Can a business cancel its employer-sponsored retirement plan and offer RetirePath Virginia instead?

RetirePath Virginia is not meant to replace or compete with employer-sponsored plans, which have advantages. For example, 401(k) plans have higher employee contribution limits and allow for employer matching contributions, unlike RetirePath.

RetirePath is a solution for employers who don't have the time, money or resources to offer their own employer-sponsored retirement plan.
